The waterfall views were stunning, but the room felt cramped and noisy.

The staff were exceptionally accommodating, allowing an early check-in which facilitated my work schedule. The room was well-maintained, offering a comfortable atmosphere with clean linens and towels. The picturesque location, overlooking the waterfalls, provided a unique backdrop for relaxation after a long day of meetings. The dining experience was delightful, especially the diverse menu options that catered well to business travelers.

Some bathroom fixtures appeared dated, and the shower gel dispenser was empty.

The two-bedroom suite was lovely, but the air conditioning broke down unexpectedly.

Beautiful place, stunning views, and the staff is incredibly welcoming, especially Barb at the front desk who made us feel right at home. we enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the on-site restaurant and appreciated the free parking that made exploring the area so convenient.

The views off the back were absolutely fabulous with amazing sunset views over Lake Wallenpaupack. Loved the cleanliness of the Queen Room and the relaxing environment. The outdoor space with multiple decks overlooking the waterfall is a must-see!

I recently had a wonderful stay at Ledges Hotel. The views of the waterfalls were breathtaking. The outdoor space featured multiple decks, making it a perfect spot to relax. I enjoyed the breakfast at Café Cocoon, especially the fresh croissants. The staff stood out. Barb and Jasmine provided a warm welcome every time I walked in. My room was clean and cozy, with soft sheets that felt luxurious. I had minor issues with noise from the restaurant below, especially in the morning when people were arriving. My shower had some dated fixtures that could use an update. Despite these inconveniences, the overall atmosphere felt like a hidden gem. I can't wait to come back in the summer to see more of what this place has to offer.

We had a great time with friends at this beautiful hotel! We enjoyed visiting the Dorflinger Factory Museum. The rooms were comfortable, and the views were stunning. The waterfall behind the hotel is perfect for relaxing. Just a heads up for future guests, some rooms can be a bit noisy, so consider requesting a quieter area if that matters to you. Overall, definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately, we had some issues with the room on our first night. The AC quit working and we were told it was our fault, which was frustrating. While they offered a fan, it was still a disappointing experience to deal with.

The breathtaking waterfall views from my Queen Room were nothing short of magical! I spent every morning sipping coffee on the deck, enjoying the serene sound of cascading water. Plus, the farm-to-table dining experience at the restaurant was mouthwatering, especially the local ingredients used in every dish!

A lovely weekend retreat

Our family enjoyed a cozy stay in the two-bedroom suite. The relaxing decks overlooking the ravine were perfect for evenings. The staff’s warmth made us feel at home. Don’t miss the breakfast spread with fresh pastries and a chance to unwind by the fire pit!

I stayed for four nights and loved the serene waterfall views. The Queen Room was clean and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant offered great farm-to-table dining. Breakfast vouchers were a nice touch.

our stay at ledges was delightful! the views of the falls from our queen room were breathtaking. we loved the friendly staff, who made everything feel welcoming. a quick hike to shuman's point was nearby, and we enjoyed our breakfast at the coffee shop, which was much better than the buffet at settler's inn. perfect getaway for a couple!
